Governing Body: Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the governing, administrative, and representative body of Fundación Diagrama, always subject to the Diagrama's Statutes and the legal framework. Its members, who carry out their duties on a voluntary and unpaid basis (in accordance with Art. 15.4 of Law 50/2002 of 26 December on Foundations), establish the criteria and activities to be undertaken and ensure the fulfilment of the foundation's purposes.
Management Body: Management Board
The Management Board is established as the functional body that develops, drives, and supervises the strategies, plans, projects, and other initiatives necessary to properly execute the organisation's strategic and operational objectives, in line with the foundation’s mission and the decisions reached by the Board of Trustees. It is composed of all the national directors of the organisation’s areas, as well as the Director General.
In 2010, he joined Fundación Diagrama’s team as Coordinator of Marketing and Communications, a role that allowed him to gain an in-depth understanding of both the work carried out with people assisted and the management tasks required to support this mission. In 2018, he was appointed Director of the Corporate Development Area; in 2021, he was named General Director of Organisation and Management; and in 2023, he became Chair of the Management Board. He has focused his training and professional activity on corporate strategy and innovation within non-profit organisations, particularly in the planning and development of new initiatives. He holds a Degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a Master’s in Strategic Planning.
He took on his current role at Fundación Diagrama after serving as the Director of the People Management Area between 2017 and 2023. With a background in Education Sciences and extensive training in various fields of management and leadership, throughout his career he has been a member of numerous advisory and participatory bodies. Notable among these are the Economic and Social Council of the Region of Murcia, the Social Council of the University of Murcia, the Board of Directors of the CARM Employment and Training Service, and the Board of Directors of the Murcia Regional Development Agency (INFO).
He holds a Degree in Law and possesses extensive experience in the legal framework governing foundations and the collaborative legal framework with various public administrations. In 1999, he joined Fundación Diagrama's legal team, taking on various responsibilities over the years, including the management of the procurement process and serving as the organisation’s Deputy Director General. In 2001, he was appointed Director of the Legal and Administrative Area, a position he currently holds alongside his responsibilities as Secretary to the Management Board.

With a degree in Economic Sciences, Trinidad has a wealth of experience, especially in financial and budget management. She joined the Fundación Diagrama team in 1994, handling numerous responsibilities, notably direction of the Accounting team and then direction of Subsidies team. In 2001, she was named director of the organisation’s the Financial and Economic Area. She continues in this role at the forefront of the multidisciplinary teams in the Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, Grants, Subsidiaries and Budgetary Management departments that make up the area.

In 2011, she began her career at Fundación Diagrama as an officer in the Accounting Department within the Financial and Economic Area. She subsequently joined the Economic Planning Department, where she gained extensive experience in conducting sustainability studies, as well as in the analysis and monitoring of Fundación Diagrama's various assets. In 2023, she took over the leadership of a new area specialising in the economic management of resources. She holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management and, since 2022, has held the Chartered Controller Analyst (CCA) Certificate®, awarded by the Global Chartered Controller Institute to professionals in Management Control.

He joined Fundación Diagrama in 2006. Prior to his appointment as Director of the People Management Area, he held various positions of responsibility within the organisation. He possesses extensive experience in the fields of Labour Law and Human Resources. He holds a Degree in Law, a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Labour and Social Security Law, and Master’s degrees in Human Resources Management, Work and Organisations, and in Occupational Health and Safety.

In 2012, she joined the Fundación Diagrama team as a project officer in the Technical Department, subsequently holding various positions of responsibility within the organisation. She has extensive experience in the design and coordination of social care projects for vulnerable individuals. She has participated in several national and international research projects, focusing primarily on intervention with children and adolescents at risk. She holds a Degree in Psychology, a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Social Welfare and Inequalities, and a Master’s in Democracy, Human Rights, and Globalisation.

Francisco Legaz Cervantes holds a doctorate in Psychology from the University of Valencia (Spain). He has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and undergraduate studies in Philosophy and Education Sciences at Comillas Pontifical University (Spain). He also holds a degree in Theology from the Faculty of Theology of Granada (Spain).
He is a specialist in Clinical Psychology certified by the Ministry of Education and Science (Spain), completed a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and is a psychotherapy expert accredited by EuroPsy (European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations). He is also a specialist in Forensic Psychology and Criminology certified by Pericial Corporativa (Spain), has a postgraduate degree in Security Sciences and Criminology from the University San Antonio of Murcia (Spain) and in Security Management from the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid (Spain).
In addition, he is a member of the Official College of Psychologists of Madrid (Spain), the American Psychological Association (APA), the European Society of Criminology (ESC), the International Association of Youth and Family Judges and Magistrates (IAYFJM), the European Association for Forensic Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychology and other involved Professions (EFCAP), and the European Prison Education Association (EPEA).
A civil servant in the Spanish public administration, currently on leave of absence, he began his career in different areas of psychosocial intervention, focusing his work over the past thirty years on educational, psychological, social and health-related services. He has always been motivated by the development of systems that promote collaboration and the sharing of experience and knowledge.
Guided by a steadfast commitment to human rights and fundamental freedoms, in 1991 he established Fundación Diagrama Intervención Psicosocial. He has served as its Chairman since its inception, promoting the development of diverse initiatives, projects, programmes, research, and publications aimed at advancing comprehensive care for individuals.
Furthermore, as a result of his dedication to improving the quality of life for the most vulnerable members of society, in 2002 he established the International Juvenile Justice Observatory (Belgium). He has chaired this organisation since its founding, working to uphold the rights of children and young people across the globe. Driven by this same commitment, in 2006 he promoted the creation of the Senegalese non-profit association Diante Bou Bess, where he has served as Honorary President since 2013.
Throughout his professional career, Francisco Legaz has been decorated by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation with the Officer’s Cross of the Royal Order of Isabella the Catholic; by the Spanish Ministry of Justice with the Distinguished Cross (2nd Class) of the Order of St. Raymond of Peñafort; by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior with the Police Merit Cross with White Decoration and the Silver Medal for Penitentiary Social Merit; by the Ministry of Justice of Thailand with the “Defence of the Rights of Children and Young People” Award; by the Monóvar City Council and the Entity of Volunteer Associations and Groups with the Civil Protection Merit Cross; by the Constante Alona Charitable Society with the Franklin Albricias Education Award; and he was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate from the National University of Trujillo (Peru).
Elisa Moraga has a career spanning more than 40 years in the fields of volunteering and community social action, carrying out selfless work in solidarity with vulnerable people and those at risk of social exclusion, particularly children and young people in conflict with the law, as well as elderly people in situations of dependency.
This extensive experience has led her to collaborate with numerous social organisations across the country, coordinating groups of volunteers in care and accompaniment programmes, as well as awareness campaigns and food drives, among other activities.
In 1991, following the establishment of Fundación Diagrama, Elisa began collaborating actively with the organisation on the development of various socio-educational, socio-medical, training, and social and labour integration initiatives.
As a result of this collaboration, she took on the role of Vice-Chair of Fundación Diagrama's Board of Trustees in 2004, and has since then carried out all the functions of this role.
Miguel Ángel Pereiro holds a Degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the Madrid Centre for Financial Studies (CEF).
In 1998, he began his professional career in the field of Human Resources management, taking a particular interest in the social and labour integration of groups at risk of social exclusion.
In 2005, he was appointed by Fundación Diagrama’s Board of Trustees as Secretary of the organisation, and has since then carried out all the functions of this role.
